Sage Dental of Johns Creek is located at 11160 Medlock Bridge Rd Suite 120 and is now accepting new patients for their innovated dental practice. This location now features a 4,000 square feet dental office with reception, waiting area, break room, 10 dental exam rooms, and 2 operatory suites.

Johns Creek Construction
Cook General worked diligently to help oversee the Sage office for this location in a new multi-suite commercial space located off Medlock Bridge. One of the unique aspects of this particular Sage location was the simultaneous construction projects of two other business to the adjacent locations on each side of the new office. Challenged with logistics such as storage of materials, waste disposal, and protections are not a “normal” part of our build-out projects with the Sage Dental Team.
One of the largest challenges was the tight construction window that needed to be maintained to aid in hitting critical deadlines for occupancy and to keep the owner’s vendors on schedule. It was a complete team effort to make sure that their grand opening date was truly ready for a grand opening event.
